What does HRG Home Care cost?
$24.99 a month, or $249 a year — paying yearly saves you about two months. It covers up to three home devices. You can cancel anytime; there's no contract.
Is this for businesses too?
Home Care is built for households and individuals. If you run a business, our Managed IT plans are the right fit — they cover servers, networks, multiple employees, and more.
Do I have to be local?
No. Antivirus, backup, tune-ups, and everyday support are all done remotely, so Home Care works anywhere in the US. If you're near us in North Georgia, we can also come to you.
Does it cover repairs and parts?
Diagnostics are free, and you get 20% off all repair labor. Parts and major hardware repairs aren't included — but you'll always get a clear quote first, with no pressure.
What counts as a "device"?
Any home computer — a desktop or laptop, Windows or Mac. The plan covers up to three in your household. Have more? Just ask and we'll sort something out.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no penalty. We'd rather earn your membership every month than lock you in.
