Remote Support Technician
Work from anywhere. Help customers over the phone and through remote sessions — diagnosing problems, removing malware, optimizing systems, and walking people through fixes with patience.

What we look for
- ✓Real hands-on experience fixing computers — formal or self-taught, we care about what you can do
- ✓Genuine problem-solver — you don't give up when the obvious fix doesn't work
- ✓Honest and friendly — you treat people's devices and data with respect
- ✓Dependable — you show up when you say you will
- ✓Certifications (A+, etc.) are a plus, not a requirement
