How pricing works: a $24.99 diagnostic plus $50/hr labor. You don't pay anything upfront — the diagnostic and any labor are billed together once the work is done, and we always tell you the cost before we start. If we can't fix it, there's no charge at all.
Cleaning is included with any in-shop repair — no extra charge. While we have your machine on the bench, we can do a full clean: dust out the internals, fans, and heatsinks, wipe down the keyboard, screen, ports, and case exterior. Most machines take under an hour. Mention it when you book →

We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you figure out the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you decide not to go ahead; then it covers our time.
