Do you offer same-day repair?
Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, Windows reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days.
What if you can't fix it?
You don't pay for the repair. The $24.99 diagnostic covers our time to assess it; if there's no fix, that's all it costs. With data recovery, no recovery means no charge at all.
