Do I own my website when it's done?
Yes — completely. You own the domain, the code, and every file. We don't lock you into proprietary systems or charge you to access your own site. If you ever want to move to another developer, everything transfers cleanly.
What platform do you build on?
It depends on your needs. For most small businesses we build clean, hand-built, fast sites — they're blazing fast, low-maintenance, and you don't need plugins or updates. For sites that need a CMS (so you can update content yourself), we use WordPress. We'll recommend the right tool for your specific situation.
How long does a website take?
First draft is typically ready within 48 hours of receiving your content and brand assets. Full project timeline — including revisions, email setup, and launch — is usually 5–10 business days for the Starter package, 1–2 weeks for Business.
What do I need to provide?
At minimum: your business name, what you do, who your customers are, and any photos or logos you have. If you don't have a logo yet, we can help with that too. The more you give us, the faster we move — but we'll ask the right questions to fill in any gaps.
What's included in business email setup?
We configure Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365) with your domain, create your email addresses, set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC records so your emails don't go to spam, and migrate any existing email if needed. The $99 is a one-time setup fee — Google's subscription (~$6/user/mo) is billed directly to you by Google.
