Computer repair for East Ellijay & Gilmer County
East Ellijay is its own city, bordered on the north and west by Ellijay, about 40 minutes from Dawsonville via GA-52 and GA-5/515. Highway 52 on the east side of town is lined with working apple orchards and roadside stands that draw visitors every fall, and the area was once the site of Fort Hetzel, one of the forts built during the Cherokee removal. Most residents here are orchard families, small-business owners, and commuters to the Ellijay side of the county.
A computer that's grown slow, a browser taken over by pop-ups, or an email account locked out of sync are remote-session fixes, and the short distance from Dawsonville doesn't change that. When the issue is physical, such as a cracked screen or a dead power jack, arranging pickup or shipping the machine in is the way to go. Expect the $24.99 diagnostic and a straight answer on price before repairs start.

How much does computer repair cost in East Ellijay, GA?

Do you come to East Ellijay for on-site service?
We're based in Dawsonville, about 40 minutes from East Ellijay, so we lead with remote help — most software problems, tune-ups and setup can be fixed over a secure remote session. For hardware repairs, pickup is available by arrangement, or you can ship your machine to us. Call us to work out what makes sense for you.
How long does computer repair take?
Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
