Computer repair for Matt & Forsyth
Matt is an unincorporated community on GA-369, called Matt Highway where it runs through, in northwest Forsyth County not far from the Dawson County line. It's about 20 minutes from Dawsonville, one of the closer stops we cover. The renovated Matt Schoolhouse community building and the trails at Matt Community Park sit at the center of an area that's still mostly farms and newer homes.
Being this close means a hardware pickup from Matt is a quick trip either way — free white-glove pickup and delivery covers it, so the machine is never gone long. A lot of calls, though, turn out to be software: a slow computer, a virus, an email account that stopped working, all things a remote session usually resolves without a drive at all. The $24.99 diagnostic is credited toward whichever repair follows.

Frequently Asked Questions — Matt, GA
How much does computer repair cost in Matt, GA?
We charge a flat $24.99 diagnostic fee that's credited toward your repair if you proceed. Most repairs range from $49–$149 depending on the issue. You'll always know the cost before we start — no surprise bills.
Do you come to Matt for on-site service?
We're based in Dawsonville, about 20 minutes from Matt. Many issues can be handled remotely. For hardware repairs we offer free white-glove pickup and delivery — we come to you. Call us to discuss what works best for your situation.
How long does computer repair take?
Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
