Computer repair for Nelson & Pickens County
Nelson straddles the Cherokee and Pickens county line along old GA-5 (Canton Road), in the heart of north Georgia's old marble country near Tate and Marble Hill. It's about 35 minutes from Dawsonville. Small shops, farms, and the area's marble-industry history give Nelson a quieter, rural character than the suburbs closer to Atlanta.
Most of what comes up in Nelson — a browser full of pop-ups, a computer that takes forever to boot, settings that got changed by accident — gets fixed over a secure remote session without anyone driving anywhere. When it's a hardware problem instead, like a failing hard drive or a laptop that won't power on, free white-glove pickup and delivery takes care of the trip. Either path starts with the same $24.99 diagnostic, so the price is never a surprise.

How much does computer repair cost in Nelson, GA?

Do you come to Nelson for on-site service?

How long does computer repair take?
Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
