Computer repair for Oakwood & Hall
Oakwood got its start as O'Dell's Crossing before the wood-burning trains that stopped here to refuel gave it a new name in 1896, and the city was incorporated in 1903. It sits in southern Hall County near where I-985 meets GA-13 and GA-53, about 40 minutes from Dawsonville. The old railroad town has grown into a mix of warehouses, newer subdivisions, and commuters heading for Gainesville or down I-985 toward Atlanta.
A lot of what comes up in Oakwood — a sluggish PC, a virus, a mailbox that won't sync — is quickest to fix over a secure remote session, no trip needed in either direction. For hardware trouble, like a laptop that won't charge or a desktop that won't start, free white-glove pickup and delivery takes care of getting it to us and back. Either way, you get the $24.99 diagnostic before any repair starts.

Do you come to Oakwood for on-site service?

What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
