Computer repair for Sharon Springs & Forsyth
Sharon Springs is a south Forsyth community built around Sharon Road, home to Sharon Springs Park — currently in the middle of a large renovation — and the Sexton Hall senior center next door. Some residents have pushed for the area to incorporate as Forsyth County's second city. It's about 30 minutes from Dawsonville, well south of Cumming toward the Fulton County line, in a mix of newer subdivisions and the older senior community around Sexton Hall.
Because that's a longer trip, we handle most everyday problems in Sharon Springs — a slow startup, a scrambled email setup, a stubborn printer — over a secure remote session instead of asking anyone to wait around for us. For a cracked screen or failing hardware, white-glove pickup and delivery is free and covers the whole round trip. Either way, the $24.99 diagnostic applies and is credited toward the repair.

What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
