Computer repair for Suches & Union County
Suches is a very small mountain community in southwestern Union County, centered on the junction of GA-60 and GA-180, about 55 minutes from Dawsonville. The Appalachian Trail crosses GA-60 just south of town at Woody Gap, and Lake Winfield Scott sits a few miles east on GA-180. Surrounded by the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, the area is mostly cabins, a few small farms, and hikers passing through.
Being this far into the mountains means remote support does most of the work: viruses, slow performance, software conflicts and email trouble all get resolved over a secure connection without anyone navigating the gap after dark. Hardware issues, like a failed charging port or a dead battery, are handled through pickup by arrangement or by shipping the machine to us. The $24.99 diagnostic and an honest price come first, before any repair.

Frequently Asked Questions — Suches, GA
How much does computer repair cost in Suches, GA?
We charge a flat $24.99 diagnostic fee that's credited toward your repair if you proceed. Most repairs range from $49–$149 depending on the issue. You'll always know the cost before we start — no surprise bills.
Do you come to Suches for on-site service?
We're based in Dawsonville, about 55 minutes from Suches, so we lead with remote help — most software problems, tune-ups and setup can be fixed over a secure remote session. For hardware repairs, pickup is available by arrangement, or you can ship your machine to us. Call us to work out what makes sense for you.
How long does computer repair take?
Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
