Computer repair for Tate & Pickens County
Tate is a small Pickens County community on GA-53, built around the Georgia Marble Company and the pink-marble Tate House that still stands above the highway. It's about 25 minutes from Dawsonville, through Dawson Forest on the way in. Quarry and marble-plant workers, along with farms and a handful of small businesses, make up much of the area.
A cracked laptop screen or a hard drive on its way out in Tate is covered by free white-glove pickup and delivery, so there's no drive for you to make either direction. Plenty of other trouble — a slow laptop, a browser full of pop-ups, a printer that's stopped talking to the network — can usually be handled over a remote session instead. Either path includes the $24.99 diagnostic before any repair work begins.

Frequently Asked Questions — Tate, GA
How much does computer repair cost in Tate, GA?
We charge a flat $24.99 diagnostic fee that's credited toward your repair if you proceed. Most repairs range from $49–$149 depending on the issue. You'll always know the cost before we start — no surprise bills.
Do you come to Tate for on-site service?
We're based in Dawsonville, about 25 minutes from Tate. Many issues can be handled remotely. For hardware repairs we offer free white-glove pickup and delivery — we come to you. Call us to discuss what works best for your situation.
How long does computer repair take?
Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
