Computer repair for Vickery & Forsyth
Vickery is the New Urbanism neighborhood and Vickery Village shopping district off GA-400 in Cumming, built around a walkable square of restaurants, shops, and a brewery, with townhomes and single-family streets fanning out around it. It's about 30 minutes from Dawsonville down GA-400. Residents here tend to work nearby in Cumming or commute down GA-400 toward Alpharetta and the rest of Atlanta's north side.
Most of what we see out of Vickery — a Windows update stuck halfway, a browser full of toolbars nobody installed, a slow laptop — gets handled over a remote session the same day. If it's a hardware problem, a dead battery or a laptop that won't power on, free white-glove pickup and delivery brings it to us and back without anyone leaving the neighborhood. Both options start with the $24.99 diagnostic.

Most software repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are done the same day. Hardware repairs depend on part availability but usually 1–3 days. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
