Computer repair for Waleska & Cherokee County
Waleska is a small Cherokee County town west of Canton, tucked along GA-108 and best known as home to Reinhardt University. It's about 35 minutes from Dawsonville on backroads through Cherokee County's rolling hills. The people here are mostly college staff and students, retirees on wooded lots, and families who work in Canton and commute out toward GA-140 or I-575.
Because Waleska sits that far out, our free white-glove pickup and delivery covers the whole round trip. We collect the machine and return it once it's fixed, so nobody from the Reinhardt campus or the surrounding neighborhoods has to carve out an afternoon for the drive. Plenty of what we see, though, never needs a pickup at all: tune-ups, virus cleanup, and account trouble usually go faster over a remote session. The $24.99 diagnostic applies either way, credited toward whatever repair follows.

What if you can't fix my computer?
You don't pay for any repair — and if we genuinely can't fix it, the $24.99 diagnostic is waived too, so you owe nothing. We'll tell you honestly what we found and help you decide the best next step. The only time the diagnostic applies on its own is if we find a fix and you choose not to go ahead — then it covers our time.
