Managed IT · North Georgia
Local managed IT for North Georgia small businesses.
We handle the technology so you can focus on your business. Flat monthly fee, no surprise invoices, no per-hour billing — and when something needs hands-on attention, we're already here in Dawsonville.
Who we serve
Built for North Georgia small businesses
Most IT providers are regional chains or distant MSPs who treat you like a ticket number. We're down the road in Dawsonville — same-day on-site is actually possible.
Accounting & Tax Firms
Client data stays secure during tax season. QuickBooks, practice management, and remote-access keep working — not just most of the time.
Retail & Storefronts
POS systems, inventory software, network printers. When your checkout is down, every minute costs you. We keep it running.
Restaurants & Hospitality
From reservation software to the back-office computers — we support the tech so service keeps moving. Also pairs with Roomward for hotels and lodges.
Professional Services
Law offices, insurance agencies, real estate — your clients' data deserves real security, and you shouldn't need a full-time IT hire to get it.
Medical & Health Offices
Workstation health, secure remote access, and software that supports your practice — without the HIPAA headaches.
Construction & Trades
Estimating software, job costing, file sharing across the crew — even if the office is a job trailer, your tech needs to work.

- ✓Dedicated point of contact — you know who you're calling, not a different tech every time
Why flat-rate
No more "hours used" anxiety
Hourly IT billing creates the wrong incentive — if something takes a long time to fix, the bill goes up. With a flat monthly plan, we're motivated to fix things right the first time and keep them from breaking again.
You budget a single line item. No surprise invoices after a rough month. If a machine dies, a staff member needs onboarding, or something catches fire (not literally, hopefully) — it's covered.
Break-fix vs managed IT
Break-fix IT (pay when something's broken) costs more on average and means problems go undetected until they become emergencies. Managed IT is preventive care — a monthly fee to keep everything healthy, with support included when you need it.
Pricing
One price. Everything included.
No tiers to decode, no per-hour billing, no surprise invoices. You only pay for the people you actually have.
Everything below, for every user on your team. 5-user minimum ($745/month). Your rate is locked for 24 months — I'm only taking on 8 businesses, so I can actually answer the phone.
- Unlimited remote help desk
- Remote monitoring & patch management
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Endpoint detection & response (EDR)
- Automated backups & monitoring
- Network administration
- Server & firewall management
- Disaster recovery planning
- Staff onboarding & offboarding
- On-site visits & priority same-day response
Compliance add-on — +$50/user
HIPAA documentation and BAA, security awareness training, dark web monitoring, and strategic IT planning — for medical, dental, and other regulated practices.
A real 45-minute on-site check, not a form. If I don't find at least three things worth fixing, it costs you nothing and you keep the report.
Already have IT help and just need the gaps covered? Co-managed IT is $99/user.
Is this actually right for you?
Here's an honest breakdown. If you're unsure, just call — we'll tell you straight, even if the answer is no.
This is a good fit if
- → You have 5 or more people on computers
- → Downtime costs you real money
- → You want problems caught before they break
- → You'd rather call one person who knows your setup
It's probably not, if
- → You're 1–4 people with simple needs
- → You rarely have computer trouble
- → You'd be better served paying us hourly when something breaks
Not sure? (706) 203-2563 — we'll tell you honestly which one makes sense.
Common questions
How much does managed IT cost for a small business?
One price: $149 per user, per month, with everything included — there are no tiers. There's a 5-user minimum, so the smallest plan is $745/month, and a 10-person office runs $1,490/month — less than the cost of a day of downtime. Regulated practices can add HIPAA compliance support for $50/user. If you already have IT help and only need the gaps covered, co-managed is $99/user. No surprise invoices and no per-hour billing.
Do you come on-site or is it all remote?
Both. We handle most issues remotely — faster and less disruptive. But we're based in Dawsonville, GA, so when something genuinely needs hands-on attention, a same-day or next-day visit is realistic. We serve Dawsonville, Gainesville, Cumming, Canton, Dahlonega, and surrounding North Georgia communities.
What's the difference between managed IT and just calling someone when things break?
Break-fix IT means you call someone after a problem happens — and you pay by the hour. Managed IT means ongoing monitoring: we catch problems before they take you down. It's typically cheaper over a year and much less disruptive than emergency fixes.
We already have Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace — do you manage those?
Yes. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace management — user accounts, licenses, email setup, shared drives, Teams/Meet — is included for every client. There's no upgrade tier for it.
Is there a contract or can I cancel?
We don't lock you into a long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly. If it's not working, cancel — but we'll try to earn your business every month rather than trap you in an agreement.
How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
Every client gets priority same-day response for critical issues — it isn't reserved for a higher tier. We'll give you a realistic response time during onboarding — we'd rather set honest expectations than promise "15-minute response" and miss it.
