Repairs start with a flat $24.99 diagnostic, billed at the end — nothing's collected up front. If we can't fix it, the diagnostic is waived. If we find and fix the issue, the $24.99 is credited toward your repair — you don't pay it twice. (If we find a fix and you choose not to proceed, the $24.99 covers the diagnostic time.) Most repairs are completed same day. Complex repairs (data recovery, part orders, major hardware) may take 1–3 business days. We'll always give you a timeline before work begins and notify you of any delays.
We treat your data with care and do not access personal files unless necessary for the repair. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service. We will notify you before any procedure that could affect your files.
Yes — completed repair work is warranted for 30 days against the same issue. If the same problem returns within 30 days, we'll fix it at no charge. Custom builds carry a 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship.
Yes. We offer remote support for software issues, virus removal, slow computer tune-ups, and setup help. Remote sessions are $50/hr. Call or text (706) 203-2563 to schedule.
If you're unsatisfied with a repair, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right first. If we can't resolve the issue, we'll discuss a refund. For build orders, refunds are available before parts are ordered. Marketplace listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. Email [email protected] or call (706) 203-2563.
