How it works
We send you a link, you click it, and you watch us work on your screen the whole time. You see everything we do. When we're done, the access ends — we can't get back in. It's the same kind of secure screen-sharing big companies use for their own IT.
What it's great for
Software problems, slow performance, malware cleanup, email and printer setup, Windows updates gone wrong, new-computer setup, settings nobody can find, and walking you through something so you can do it yourself next time. A large share of what we fix never needs hands on the hardware.
What needs hands-on
Anything physical: a machine that won't power on or show a screen, a drive or part that needs replacing, liquid damage, or data recovery off a dead machine. If we can't get onto the screen, we can't do it remotely — and we'll tell you that up front instead of wasting your time.
One safety note
You grant access and you can end it anytime. Never give remote access to someone who called you claiming to be "Microsoft" or "tech support" — that's the scam itself. Real remote help is something you reach out for, on a link you trust.
