“A production line builds to a price. We build to a person — and the hands that assemble your machine are the ones that answer the phone a year later.”

Our approach, in one sentence.

Why custom

Why a custom build beats off-the-shelf

A big-box PC is built to a price point and a spec sheet. Yours is built around you.

Built for your use

Tell us what you do — 1440p gaming, video editing, CAD, day-to-day office — and we pick parts that match. You don't pay for power you'll never touch.

Real parts you can see

Every component is listed by name before you pay. No generic “gaming graphics card,” no mystery power supply.

Tested before it ships

We stress-test every build with Cinebench, AIDA64 and FurMark, then update drivers before it leaves. It arrives ready to use.

A real person after the sale

Something acts up six months in? You call us in Dawsonville and reach someone who knows your machine, not a phone tree.

The process

How your custom PC comes together

Five steps, and you're part of every one.

01

We talk first

What you play or create, the monitors on your desk, how quiet the room needs to be. This conversation is the design work.

02

You approve the spec and the price

The full parts list by name, and one honest price for the finished machine. Nothing is ordered until you say yes, and we'll tell you when a part isn't worth the money.

03

We build it by hand

One machine at a time. Cables routed, firmware updated, airflow set properly. We're slowest about the parts nobody sees.

04

We try to break it

Hours of sustained load across every component, with temperatures watched throughout. Failures belong here, not at your desk.

05

It arrives ready to use

Windows activated and clean, with no trialware. Shipped insured or handed to you in Dawsonville, spec sheet and validation report in the box.

Validation

Every build is tested before it ships

We don't just say it works — we show you. Every build runs under sustained load before it leaves, and the results ship with the machine.

Sustained load, not a quick boot

Every component is pushed for hours at once, the way a long render or a Saturday of gaming actually loads a machine.

Thermals watched throughout

We log temperatures and set fan curves around what we see. Your machine stays quiet at idle and composed under load.

Memory and storage verified

Memory is tested for errors and drives checked for health. A bad stick found here costs a day; found at your desk it costs a week.

The report comes with it

You get the spec sheet and the results. You'll know what's inside, how it performed, and what covers it.

Ethan Howard assembling a custom PC at the Howard Resource Group workbench

“Every build is assembled the way we would want one assembled for us — recommending the cheaper part when it is the smarter buy, taking the extra hour on cabling nobody will see, and answering the phone a year later when a question comes up. No sales floor, no configurator upsells — one machine at a time.”

Good to know

Custom build questions

Do you sell prebuilt computers?

No — we don't keep stock PCs on a shelf, and we don't sell from a catalog. Every machine is designed one-on-one around what you actually do. Tell us your use and your budget and we spec yours from scratch, with every part listed by name before you pay.

How long does a custom PC build take?

Most builds ship within 5–10 business days of approving your design and quote. You get a full parts list and timeline up front, so you always know where things stand.

Do you ship custom PCs nationwide?

Yes. We build in Dawsonville, GA and ship anywhere in the US in protective packaging. Local pickup and setup is also available across North Georgia.

Is there a warranty?

Every build includes a 1-year warranty on our assembly and workmanship, plus the manufacturer warranties on each component. If something goes wrong, you call us directly.

Can you build to my exact budget?

Absolutely. Tell us your budget and what the machine is for, and we'll spec the best parts for the money — we won't push parts you don't need.

I already have parts — can you just build it?

Yes. If you've already bought your components, arrange a pickup or ship them to us and we'll assemble it properly — cable-managed, BIOS updated, and stress-tested before it goes back to you. Labor is a flat $50/hour, and if anything's missing (a fan, thermal paste, the right cable) we source it and bill it at cost with no markup.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's the most common situation. Start a quote and describe what you'll use it for in plain English — we'll translate that into the right build for you.

Let's design yours.

Tell us how you'll use it. We'll come back with a full specification and one honest price, before anything is ordered.
